First times!

Hey!
Sorry it been so long, I've been crazy busy with work and life but I've been on my first holiday abroad! anyway I want to talk about over coming  fears and that's something I did going to France with my cousin and his family.

This holiday was a lot of firsts for me. First time abroad, first holiday without my mum, first time on a train ( Eurotunnel ) then there was food. Now I didn't think I was that much of a fusses eater but it turns out I am!

I have anxiety and in day to day life i have learn to hide or have some kind of control over it but being on holiday was completely different. It did get little easier but the people who I went away with didn't know anything about it which looking back probably wasn't the best idea but i didn't what it to stop me going that why i said yes to going. So not only did i have that to deal with, i wasnt really that close with the family i went with and then on top of that i wasn't in the UK where i couldnt use my phone all the time and i thought that would be a good thing but i felt so lost without so i paid to use it, that being said i wasn't on it half as much as i do at home.

I live 2ish hours from my cousin so we met up half way, My sister and her husband drove me down and I was really quiet in the car. I was just thinking I hope i don't have a big freak out when i change cars and go to my cousins house. Lucky i didn't i kept it under control, i felt so sick when i swapped cars. It just felt so weird and proud at same time. I felt proud that I had actually got that far and there was no going back, i didn't chicken out and it felt weird because I've never really spend more than 3 days with them and now i going to spend 10 days with them!

The first few days were hard because i didn't really know what to expect, we have to get up at 3am to lave the house by half 3. so i wasn't really with it so i just got dressed and got in the car and went back to sleep. it was the 3rd or 4th day when  started to relax a lot more, which looking back i wish it hadn't taken me so long but hey ho that's just me and i when i go again I'm sure it wont take as long. It was really good break that I needed and they didnt let me wear make up which i hated but i knew it was worth because i was on holiday and no one knew me so i should let me skin breath which I do thank them for as my skin does feel a lot better. I did have a few moments of panic but no one notice which I so glad about i don't like people fussing.

Although it was a great holiday full of new experiences, I was glad to come home but I didn't come straight home I started at there for 3 nights then went home.

I'm proud of myself for going and if your like me and have anxiety try and say yes to something you wouldn't do normally, even if it's a little thing it will make you feel better!

Thanks for reading and I promise it won't be so long before I post again.
Have a good day

My Hair Must Haves + Try Outs!

Hey!! Its been a long time since I last wrote a blog but life seem to have taken over for a while. I now have a job, its not the best one but its a start! I hope to find something better soon and I want to start driving lesson again very soon.
I'm going to try and keep up with blogs aswell because I need something to focus on and stop my mind from overthinking as we girls do sometimes.

For some reason I have pick a lot of hair products lately, some I have used before and probably always will and others I thought I would try. So I thought I would share them with you.

Superdrug links!

Batiste Dry Styling - http://www.superdrug.com/Batiste/Batiste-XXL-Plumping-Powder-5g/p/790857#.Vctj56SD7IU

I havetried a lot of hairspray and I know I going to stay with this one because its smells lush! Iced Raspberry and Vanilla, I could smell it all day, even better it doesn't make you hair go sticky or hard and it brushes out which I found a lot of other brands didn't. When I saw they did a texture spray I had to try it. Again the smell it lush and it brushes out, it does leave your hair feeling a little sticky but a lot of texture sprays do (or maybe its just my hair). I always use a texture spray whenever my hair is down because it so fine I get no body or volume in it if I just leave it with nothing in. Even though I pick up the VO5 one I will switch between the two because I think they both work just as good as each other.

Ok, I have a bit of a love hate thing with dry shampoo because I cant go a day with out washing my hair if I did it looks like I've not washed it in weeks but when I dye my hair it can leave it a day as the dye dry's it out a little. It would still need some dry shampoo for me to be comfortable to go out like it. So I pick it up just so I have some.

I have been looking at the Batiste dry styling power for a while now but I wasn't sure if it was going to work but someone came up to my till at work with one so I asked her if it work and she loved the stuff and I thought id give it a go. I've not used it yet but cant wait to try it out.

This is something I always like to have as it can never be without it. On the days when I'm just at home and not at work and want my hair to look like I've something with it. I use this as it give me volume and texture. When I use it I can a lot of compliments and people look shocked when I say it just a spray so it works!

That is mostly every thing I'm using on my hair right now. I hope you enjoyed reading. Let me know if you've used or using any on these products.

Hope you have a great day.
See you soon.

Beauty haul!

Hey guys!! Hope you are all well and keeping warm! It's been so cold lately, I like winter because you can snuggle up in the warm with film or a good book but this is a bit cold for me.

Anyways these are just some bits I've picked up over the last fews weeks that I thought I would share with you. They won't be in any order because i can't remember when I got them.

First thing I got was this foudation which I got min from superdrug but you can get it in boots, I think it was about  £10 so this best be good! Its Bourjois Paris happy light fondation, I think the colour is called light rose which I think is going to look a bit orange on me as I have real pale skin but it's as bad as I thought and I can't use it!

Next up is an Tanya burr lip gloss in 'afternoon tea' I love this colour! It so light and girly. It's a really nice pink colour that you can wear on it own or over a lip stick. I'm not going to lie to you think it's a bit over priced at £6:99!

I went to the Clarins counter in boots and got these  little samples. I didn't  relies when I took the picture that I put the side of the lip gloss not in English! (My bad) I've not try out the cream yet but the colour of the lipgloss is nice pink.

Now I know these are a bit random but I thought I would add them in anyway. I pick up these to travel bottles for shampoo and conditioner for when I stay away from home. I can't remember how much these were but I think they were about £1:50 each, they are buy on get on half price in superdrug.

I picked up this ciate nail polish, this is the first one from ciate and I have to say I like this a lot! Great coverage and doesn't chip. It's a purple colour (my fav colur) it's called burlesque, this was £3:00 from the factory shop.

I got both of these from Asda and I think they were £6:99 or £7:99 each. I've never seen this colour before so I got both of them. The dark purple/red is called 'in the spotlight' and the light pink gitter set is 'shimmer'. Love both of them and can't wait to wear them! I love impress nails, they are so quick and easy to apply well on do you matched then up but the last a week if not longer!

Last is the real techniques expert face brush, now I love there brush and have a few. I've had this one before but it's really drity and even when I clean it it never comes out clean so I got another and I'm just going to clean it more so it doesn't get like my old one! I got mine off amazon but you can get the in boots and superdrug, amazon is the cheapest in price though.

So there is just some things I've picked up in the pasted few weeks. Hope you like it, let me know if you have tired any of these products and if you like them or not.

I mention in my last blog post that I was going to see joesph well in going in the 3rd of February so look out for the post soon!

Thank you for reading, please come back If you liked it. Have a good day! :)

Theatre!

Hey everyone hope you all  had a good Christmas!

Disclaimer, I'm not showing off, I know I've been to a lot of shows and I'm am really lucky and thankful that I can go, just thought it would be nice for you to see what I been to and let me know in the comments what you've seen.

I got a panto ticket for Christmas, I've never been to the panto. I loved it so much! We saw Aladdin.A great family day out for a start, on top of that it was an amazing show! I love anything theatre, I've been a few times.

The fist thing I ever saw was chitty chitty bang bang in 2005 then I saw Tracy beaker gets real in 2006 then I saw cats for my 12 birthday in 2007 and got the back of my program signed :) then I saw rhythm of the dance in 2010 and I saw blood brothers that year as well, then I saw hairspray and dancing on ice tour in 2011, I saw dancing on ice tour in 2012 (a different one to the year before) then I went to se Rihanna in 2013, saw dancing on ice tour again different to the last two as they did one every year then I saw blood brothers again in 2014. So I've been to a lot but never a panto! It wasn't as involve as I thought it was going to be which is a good thing, i thought it was going to be every time they came on stage 'oh no he didn't' and that but it wasn't and I really enjoyed it and I would say to any one that has the chance to go, take it!

These are all my program's! I am the kinda person that will get a program even if there is not much in it and will keep my ticket in there so I can keep them and I keep them all together, I hope to build on this in years to come.
If you would like to see any of the program in more detail please let me know and I can post some pics of them.

Thank you for reading hope you all have a good new year and it brings you happiness!

Skater Dress

Hey Everyone!

I been loving dresses lately as I am on the bigger side I can only wear skater style dresses because of my body shape but that ok because I really like the way they flow. So I thought I would share with you my favs.

First one is a flower one, I picked this one up a while back from Dorothy Perkins. Im not sure if you can still get it but I will have a look on the website and leave link at the end. They have a sale on at the moment so this dress is £16:20. Think I paid £18 for mine!

(sorry picture not very clear)

The next dress is also from Dorothy Perkins, I picked this on up in the last few weeks so still in the shops. its £16. Its a navy blue with pink bows on with 3/4 sleeves which I like as I haven't seen many dresses with sleeves. (seeing them every where now though) Dorothy Perkins are great for dresses as they are great with sizes, they fit really well and I think they make me look that little bit slimmer! which is also a plus I think.

The next to dresses are from Primark so I cant put the link. The first one Is a plain red dress which £5, I saw the one in Dorothy Perkins but they were sold out in every shop by me so I went in to primark few days later and saw this one. I cant take a picture of that one as its in the Dorothy Perkins as you might have some luck in finding it.

The last dress I picked up today, not even tired it one so might have change it. its black with white bows all around it. I like Primark because of they are always change there stock, but hate their sizes some are so small and others are really big, it annoys me. This dress look a but so not sure if this will like right, If not I will take it back.

Sorry the picture aren't great, think I will try and take the pic when im wearing the next time would that be better?
Let me know if you have any good websites/shops that have good dresses or what are your favours?
Thank you for reading, be sure to come back.
